Hi. I'm new to the F.
Been living a happy life for the last 2 years, gaining daily victory over my T after struggling the first 3 mo's w/ Depression/Anx/panic attacks. I am 28 y/o/ M and I believe my T was caused by NIHL.
My concern is such: My T started in my R ear, and always had fullness and pressure, fluid etc. Over a year of taking OTC drugs to drain the fluid, fight allergies, and get my body back in shape from the depression, my T has been very managed, and overcome.
My R ear has subsided continuously for the last year and has gotten so much better!! but now my L ear is ringing way louder and the fluid has seemed to fill in the ear.
My symptoms seem similar to Menere's Disorder. But who cares.. i started seeing a few Dr's ENT. etc. and they basically said no cure, no help.
1. has anyone ever had NIHL Tinnitus, w/ this type of fullness fluid feeling, almost like an allergy. and then it move to the other ear randomly??
2. has anyone ever had one ear be constant, and it switch to above?
3. what i know: Sometimes with a storm/full moon/ weather change/ my T will get worse for a few hours.
4. i want to share what helped me with depression and symptoms if anyone has ever had my similar struggle... Flonase nasal steriod spray.. great for opening Eustacean tubes, and freeing up the fluid.. 250MG's of Psuedophedrine, for sinus pressure, Zyrtec daily, and VItamin D daily.
I take the above drugs daily to keep my ears healthy, and my depression body energy levels are fought by the Vitamin D. I do not believe in anti-depressants bc of the side effects are crazy and i almost went insane using them.
Has anyone ever used the flavanoid with any success?
has anyone ever used any eardrops with any success?
what i know is that not just one remedy worsk, but multiple ones used at the same time manage it much better!
anyone who reads anything that jumps out at them please let me know if you have any answers to this!!

I've had the fullness in the right ear. Never had it jump, but I gather it can if the brain is not detecting the signal it can try and gather it from the other ear. I had the fullness alleviated through chiropractic sessions over two months. I took down the whole side of my neck which I did not even realize was swollen. It did not cure the T but relived the fullness and the pain. The caution here is there must be something wrong in your neck for this to be of help.

This is ETD-related rather than T-related. Saw a TV show where Dr Mary Ann Block of Blockcenter.com recommends her book Treat Ear and Respiratory Infections without Antibiotics. For those with fluid in ear, she has massage techniques also listed in the book.
My relative had TCM herbs and acupuncture after trying Telfast, antibiotics, Nasorex. Also on allergy watch.
