Happy new year

Firstly,a very happy new year to all,and lets hope its as tinnitus free as possible.......
Just to update everyone in case it helps,my tinnitus is erratic, stopped for about 10 days, then came back slowly, then went off for a couple of days, then back for a day then nothing, back last night but after a good long sleep, its gone or faded so far away that i cannot hear it....
Went to ENT,and they said i needed a MRI scan which i will get in the next two weeks, they said something about conductive bone, and my hearing was below normal in right(tinnitus)ear, and OK in the left.
i have been taking various herbal stuff including plantago(i think) which i feel has helped.
I am nut sure how its going to go,but i am glad that it comes and go's and eventually it will disappear ......but i am grateful to this forum and Thomas for all the help.

Re: Happy new year

Mazhar - I have been following your condition and am very happy to hear your news! How wonderful that your T has stopped for a few days and then weakened upon its return. I have had T for 8 months and mine is erratic as well but has not had a time when it completely stopped but very close. Can you offer us any advice on what you did to help reduce/eliminate the T besides the herb you mentioned? I have not heard of this herb but I might try it.

Re: Happy new year

Calo.hi  thank you. There is no set advice,i keep trying all the advice in this forum,i try any herbal advice, that has helped but, such is the nature of T,that the last couple of days have not been great, the noise's are different, some are more prolonged, worse in the morning its a pattern that i went through earlier, but this time it seems louder and more intrusive...sad
It could just be a phase, thats what i am hoping it is,but when this happens it feels like a set back.I will go back on to the plantgo herb and see if it settles down.
I hope you continue to get better.....
