Homeopathic Kali Carbonicum
I have had no improvement in my condition since my last post. I have cut out all stimulants and alcohol. I have read about a natural remedy through a link on this site. It was "holistic on line .com"
They mention the product listed below. This is very close to me. The big item is the itchy ears. This is how it started with me and the specialist I went to said it had nothing to do with it. Has anyone tried this or can give me some input. I don't vertigo per-say but have notice the odd off feeling over the summer. The same time as the itchy ears.
Kali carbonicum: Useful for tinnitus with ringing or roaring, accompanied by cracking noises and itching in the ears. Vertigo is another indication. Persons who benefit most from this remedy are often quite conservative, with a rigid code of ethics. They tend to feel anxiety in the region of the stomach.
Let me know of your thoughts.

HI, sorry there is not much improvement,but it does take time,i have no knowledge of Kali Carboncium,but i guess its worth a try.

Within a couple of days you can't really expect much to change. It could take a week or two until your body is free of the caffeine and alcohol. Even if this does not improve the condition as such (which is quite possible), it still should improve the likelihood that any remedies you try will have an effect. In my case for instance, painkillers (paracetamol or aspirin) only worked reliably to suppress the tinnitus after I had completely stopped caffeine and alcohol for a few weeks. So I would recommend to avoid caffeine and alcohol in any case to make sure these stimulants don't interfere with any nerve calming remedies or measures you are taking.

Luckily I was able to get some of this product last night already. It was not the exact strength recommended it was a 30 instead of a 6 as prescribed. The reaction came within 1 hour and I was substantially more comfortable and today is the best day I have had in over a month. Maybe it is just a cycle or fluke, I will keep you posted. I have listed the exact site below and as I said earlier it was through the links in the Tinnitus Forum I was able to find it. Through numerous google searches I was not able to fine the specific remedies that this site suggests. They are broken out by categories and are some what specific for your individual affliction. So thank you Thomas without your help I would not be in the improved situation I am in.
I am booked in to see a natural pathic doctor in about 2 weeks and hope to further refine things depending on how I am doing. The Kaliun Carbonicum seems to take the edge off thing so I am not in so desperate a situation and can live a little more normally. I am in Canada and had trouble getting the exact item but have found that in is available in Whole Food Stores. Which are in the US as well. In Europe I assume these things are much easier to find.
