This is not exactly a new substance. Tebonin has been around for at least 10 years in connection with tinnitus. If you search for 'Tebonin' in this forum. then you get quite a few results. Like generally with Ginkgo, some people have some slight improvements when taking it, but a) the effects usually disappear when you stop taking them, and b) Ginkgo can have some side effects as well (like restlessness). Apart from this, Tebonin is a lot more expensive than other Ginkgo extracts.
