low potassium level

Hello

A blood test revealed that I have a low potassium level and the doctor advises to e.g. eat more stuff like bananas to increase that level.

After some searches on the internet, it seems there could be a relation between potassium (and magnesium) deficiency and tinnitus problems. However, I have failed to find some good references or scientific papers on the topic.

Is anyone knowledgeable on the topic and could point me to some good resources
or even has positive experience with increasing the intake of potassium to remedy tinitus?

Thanks,
Kaa.

Re: low potassium level

Some people have reported (also in this forum) that various minerals like magnesium have brought some improvement. Lastly you have to try it for yourself whether it works for you. So don't waste your time in trying to find scientific references for this.
