Re: Tinnex and stem cell cure tinnitus??

Hi Betska,

Welcome to the forum.

You are right to be confused. 'Tinnex' used to be a headphone device that was distributed by a company called Tinnitronics in Austria some years ago. The device was later renamed to Ti-Ex (it has been discussed in this forum; just search for 'Ti-Ex'). The company went bankrupt in 2007, and the owner then apparently continued to sell/rent the device privately over the website http://www.tinnitus.cc/en/index.php . But as you can see, the website hasn't been updated for over a year, so I am not sure whether they still distribute the Ti-Ex device.

The other 'Tinnex' seems to be the name under which a drug (Caroverine) is being marketed now in India.  But this drug is not approved at all in most other countries (apart from Austria, Switzerland and Japan; see http://www.tinnitusformula.com/library/ … treatment/ ).
