Did you uncheck the corresponding box below the post you are making (by default it is checked)? If yes, is this a problem you had already earlier? The point is I upgraded the forum to a new version this morning, and I am having another problem as well (the last post does not display anymore on the main forum page).

Just for clarification:

you can get subscribed/unsubscribed in two ways to a topic: 1) by clicking the 'Subscribe/Unsubsrcibe to this topic' link at the bottom of each topic page, or by having the corresponding box checked/unckecked when you are making a post. The point is that I have made this box checked by default as I assumed that people want to receive email notifications but may forget to originally check the box if it is unchecked by default. So if you leave it checked when you are posting, it will subscribe you again even if you  have unsubscribed before. So if you are posting but don't want to receive any notification emails any more, you have to uncheck the box. If you forget to do this you have to click the 'Unsubscribe' link at the bottom of the topic page.
