Hi. My name is Mary Biederstadt. I'm new here and I may have done something wrong. I've had tinnitus for as long as I can remember, and recently have found relief. I posted here twice about a stretch I do that seems to have opened up the drainage in my ears, throat, eyes, etc... The posts are not here, so maybe I'm not allowed to post a link to my blog? I don't sell anything, I'm just trying to help others, and maybe myself, too.

Hi Mary,
Welcome to the forum, but I told you why I deleted your original post: because your stretch "remedy" must come across as a hoax to everybody reading it, and thus it will not only not help but discredit this forum as well as other people posting here.
One just needs to google for "Mary Biederstadt" in order to see that you are posting your blog articles in all kinds of health forums. And I am sorry to say that these articles very much give the impression that you are merely an attention seeker, not somebody who needs help, let alone can offer help (not with regard to tinnitus anyway). You would be welcome to prove me wrong, but your blog articles won't qualify here I am afraid, as this is a serious forum about tinnitus.

Hello Thomas,
Yes, I post wherever I can, and I get banned, and my posts are deleted sometimes. I post about pelvic pain and disfunction, acid reflux, GERD, back pain, and many other topics concerning the human body. And now tinnitus. Yes, I am seeking attention, because I need help, and I need help for others, as well. That is what the internet is for!
But who in their pain and suffering are going to know to google "Mary Biederstadt" if I had not first posted at your forum? How else am I supposed to try and help them?
Thomas, I have absolutely no way to prove you wrong. People in pain try to fix themselves through medicine, diet, exercise - whatever will work. And I applaud you for giving them a forum in which to safely
tell each other about it.

Mary,
If you get banned from forums or your posts deleted, have you thought about why this is so? The point is simply that people can't relate to your blog articles because they are not written as if they would be from somebody seriously looking for help or offering help. In fact, most people (me included) don't really understand what you are talking about. Have a look at other forum posts (be it in this or other forums) and try to make your point in a similar concise way rather than posting your extremely esoteric blog essays.
