Since your ebooks are free (as yet) I have moved your post from the 'Advert' into the forum section. This way more people will be able to find it and may be find some useful tips there. I am not quite sure though whether the A-Z format is ideal here, as often there may be more than one important keyword for a letter. On the other hand, your format may have brought in some keywords that are not so relevant or scientifically outdated (like the view that tinnitus is caused by damaged haircells in the inner ear rather than malfunctioning nerve cells in the brain). I don't mean this as a criticism, only as a suggestion to maybe edit/expand your books into a slightly more comprehensive and less rigid format.
