not exactly an Ad since I am not selling, but I bought a CD from www.cdbaby.com called 'sleep easy' and it has made a big difference to my getting to sleep at night. I could recommend it.

I have had positive experience with hearing to natural sounds like a rain shower (if possible without rumbling thunder, which awakes me). However, it does not conceal the tinni.
To conceal it, the sound of a cricket will work for me. But on the other hand, this seems to intensify the tone after the sound is off. Also, with the sound of crickets i can not fall asleep at night.

Hi Tobi,
Welcome to the forum.
Listening to background noises hasn't really worked for me in the past (and now my tinnitus is so low that there is not much point in it anyway), but obviously for other people it might bring some diversion and relief.
In this context, I would also like to mention again two good free sound programs, Atmosphere and Aire Freshener (both contain mostly natural sound backgrounds).
